Terms and refunds
Last updated: 18 October 2026
These terms govern your use of InvoiceSheet, provided by Tomislav Hofman, Osijek, Croatia (contact@hofman.tech).
The service
InvoiceSheet reads structured e-invoice files (UBL, UN/CEFACT CII, ZUGFeRD, Factur-X and related formats) in your browser and presents their contents as tables, readable views and spreadsheet exports. It is a convenience tool. The original e-invoice file remains the legally relevant document. Always check exported figures against the original before using them for bookkeeping or tax filings. InvoiceSheet is not tax, legal or accounting advice and does not perform full EN 16931 compliance validation.
Free and Pro
The free version lets you view and print any number of invoices and export up to 3 invoices at once. InvoiceSheet Pro is a one-time purchase (price shown at checkout, including VAT where applicable) that removes the export limit for use within the purchaser's own business or organisation, including future updates for as long as the service is offered. Licence keys must not be shared publicly or resold.
Payment
Orders are processed by Polar Software, Inc. as merchant of record. Polar is the seller of record, charges any applicable VAT or sales tax, and issues your invoice. Polar's terms also apply to the purchase.
Refunds
If Pro does not work for you, email contact@hofman.tech within 14 days of purchase and you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. This does not limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot guarantee that every file from every sender is interpreted correctly. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules.
Law
Croatian law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
