How it works

XML e-invoices, PDFs with an embedded invoice (ZUGFeRD, Factur-X), or a ZIP from your accounting inbox.
2. Check the table
Every invoice appears with seller, buyer, net, VAT and gross. Totals are recalculated and mismatches are flagged.

Hybrid PDF
ZUGFeRD 1.0/2.x and Factur-X PDFs: the embedded XML is extracted automatically.
KSeF FA(3)
Polish structured invoices from KSeF (FA(3), also older FA(2) and FA(1)), including corrective invoices.

Questions
Are my invoices uploaded anywhere?
No. The files are read by JavaScript inside your browser and never leave your device. The only network requests are for the page itself and, when needed, open-source PDF/ZIP/Excel libraries from cdnjs.
What is in the Excel file?
Three sheets. "Invoices" has one row per invoice: number, dates, seller and buyer with VAT IDs, net, VAT, gross, amount due, IBAN and payment reference. "Line items" has every invoice line. "VAT breakdown" has one row per VAT rate per invoice.
Does it validate my e-invoices?
It checks the arithmetic (net + VAT = gross, lines add up, amount due) and flags mismatches. It is not a full EN 16931 schematron validator, so use your access point or the official validator for compliance checks.
How do I read a single XRechnung or UBL file?
Drop it in and click the invoice number. You get a readable invoice that you can print or save as PDF. That part is free with no limits.
Who is behind InvoiceSheet?
Tomislav Hofman, a software engineer in Osijek, Croatia. Payments are handled by Polar as merchant of record, which also issues your VAT invoice.
